Wine and cheese experts Jenna Johansen and Pollyanna Forster conduct a primer demo on the basics of cheese and wine pairing. Class will include tips on presentation, types of cheese, flavor comparison, and how to enhance the flavor of special cheeses. Sample cheese tasting and recipes for cheese accompaniments like Chipotle Jelly included, as well as printed wine and cheese pairing guide.
