PS. Looping back to the saga of my phone install, DHP included a link in the comments about Qwest & the Phone Records. I guess my cynicism is not very original b/c I wondered if there might be a connection between the SEC investigation & this refusal. And so did others.... soapblox: Just how cynical am I?
PSS. I still think Qwest is evil. I just think that Bell South, AT&T, Verizon, etc are all evil too.
