Bringing back one of my favorite quotes from TeamCalientePanatlones “C’mon Man, you can’t rock and orange blazer and be against gay marriage.”

Senator Allard defends his “America’s Worst Senator” title by pushing a constitutional amendment to ban gay marriage. Our founding fathers must be rolling in their graves as this is clearly a states-rights issue. This is a very important issue for Colorado since so many gay people are trying to get married here. Oh, that’s right, we already restricted marriage to one man and one woman in our state statutes. Take Action Now!

In another local control issue near and dear to the RC hearts (well, some of us), the Colorado Supreme Court up held Denver’s ability to regulate assault weapons after our legislature tried to pre-empt local control over the issue. If you fear that a pro-local control stance flies in the face of Colorado’s new clean indoor air law, think again.

Also, An Inconvenient Truth, Al Gores documentary on Global Warming, is coming to Denver! Starts this Friday at the Mayan. Again, our record-breaking heat wave is all the evidence I need. Could it be any hotter? I’m melting!!!

Finally, Colorado's ballot is nut-so this year. Stop the madness!
