Don't forget "The Samples!" I can't help but ache for the mountains of CO whenever that crazy Sean Kelly comes on my IPod.
I have found that cooking instructions to be worthless on the sisters bag although I believe the chicken is pre-cooked and it is more of a texture issue than a death threat. i like to stove top grill some veggies and then cook the dumplings in the same pan while I heat up some bean thread noodles in a bowl of hot water. yum.
