Well, there you go.....

Again from Sunday's Mag
Whenever you wrap yourself in the mantle of morality and conviction, however, even the smallest hypocrisy can leave an indelible stain. Edwards is, after all, a very wealthy man, given to some of the excesses that wealth allows. While Edwards was denouncing inequality across the land, he was also building, near Chapel Hill, the largest home in the county, a 28,000-square-foot mansion with its own indoor basketball and squash courts. He also made news recently for receiving a $400 haircut in a Los Angeles hotel room.

I bet that one will even use more power than Al Gore's house... also recent news noise.

Elizabeth Edwards was a hoot on Wait Wait Don't Tell Me this past week (or was it two weeks ago?). She addressed the haircut issue with a great sense of humor. Can I vote for her?

ps my word verification on this blog comment entry is "xbiggy". I like that for some reason - much better than an XL, which is the size of all my clothing.

Here is a newsflash, all politicians are hypocrites (actually, most people are hypocrites). Don't be dissin my man Edwards. It is hard to be that rich and pretty. At least he uses it for good.

Hard to call getting his haircut to make him look prettier "good use"...I'll bet Andrew wouldn't do that :)

Some people spend money on real estate to lower their tax liability...how's that for irony when politicians do it?
