A Brilliant Meal for Fall!



This lovely is stuffed with Mexican ingredients--tortillas, sour cream, roasted chiles, tomatillo sauce, roasted chicken, cheese, and generous seasoning--and roasted for 2 hours. Scraping down the cooked insides of this Baby Blue Hubbard yielded a delicious dish!
