And a belated response and many thanks for the honorable posting...a girls' event is yet to come...
To add to the list, some of my favorite strip mall restaurants are:
Masalaa, veggie Indian just west of I-225/Parker Rd.
Oshima Ramen, by the dollar movies on Hampden
Ajuaa!, mexican across the street (I liked my first visit.)
and the Indian restaurant a few storefronts south of the Chez Artiste.
