Cheese of the Week

In keeping with the virtual happy hour, here's a virtual cheese tasting.

From Capriole Goat Cheese,
Wabash Cannonball--fresh, ash covered ball of chevre
O'Banon--creamy yet with a kick, wrapped in chestnut leaves and soaked in bourbon
Piper's Pyramide--firm aged, salty
Old Kentucky Tomme--aged, buttery
Mont St. Francis--ripe, too ripe for this cheese lover!
