Second runner up, and really my fav but you have to love those strong cheeses, Bassett Stilton with a Penny Farthing Cabernet Franc;

and a goat, drunken--Murcia al Vino, of course all from Marczyk's, with a Rioja, Vinadrian, Cosecha 2004.


Friday dinner. With olives, prosciutto, bresaola, sourdough.
