Jeepboy & I just returned from an Open to the Public Restaurant Supply store that I would recommend: Standard Restaurant Equipment Co (303 487 1499). It is at 6337 N Federal Blvd which is "past" 1-70, across from Rockies (ala Shagman). They are open until 6pm during the week & on Saturdays. (A good combo trip with the Asian Market recommended by shitsngrin's Thai cooking teacher.)
They had real Fiestaware (& other HL lines) w/ both seconds & open stock out on the floor. No peacock yet but they did have pieces in scarlet, shamrock, black, white, cinnabar, cobalt blue, persimmon, periwinkle, & turquoise. I picked up a shamrock casserole for $13.95 and a 64 oz black serving bowl for $5.95. Lots of non-Fiestaware goodies too. It is very unpretentious- just like the members of craft day.

Oh... they have tongs... jeepboy estimates they had 25 - 30 different types.
Dare I ask why tongs are on the list?!
Well, since I'm not going to quite the advanced ring of hell as you, I can only begin to imagine. With the near-sainthood of JeepBoy and CoDownToEarth, I am sure they were imagining you cooking with them.
