What!? Is that even written in English? The translation is . . . You are a cog in the machine. We will speak in corporate terms that mean nothing, that you will have to 1) learn and 2) make others feel inferior to you because you pretend to know their meaning. You will report to any number of lackies at both the field and headquarters levels. They will make you feel like a jackass. This job lacks any and all creativity. If you have a brain, please do not apply.

Being one of those people who can expose opportunities to move towards realization of strategic initiatives, let me break down the job for you:
"...in support of the Director of International Operations’ primary performance objectives."
Forget the stuff on the front- your job is to make sure your boss gets a big fat raise.
